How we ship

We ship nationwide across South Africa by tracked door-to-door courier from Germiston, Gauteng. All products are packaged with cold-chain protection (insulated packaging and cold packs) to preserve compound integrity in transit. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Shipping rates

We charge a flat rate of R150 for delivery nationwide, on every order regardless of order value. The rate is applied automatically at checkout.

Delivery times depend on your location — main centres are typically quicker than outlying and remote areas. Remote-area surcharges may apply for certain postal codes; we will contact you if this affects your order.

Payment & dispatch

Payment is by electronic funds transfer (EFT). Once your payment has reflected and cleared in our account, your order is prepared and handed to the courier. Estimated nationwide delivery is 2–5 business days depending on your location. Shipping and delivery take place on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Need it faster?

Expedited or next-day delivery may be available to certain areas on request and at an additional cost — it depends on your location and courier availability. Email us at info@labgradepeptides.co.za before ordering and we will confirm whether it is possible for your address.

Storage on arrival

On receipt, lyophilised research material should be stored frozen and protected from light in accordance with good laboratory practice. Refer to each product page and our storage and handling guide for specifics.

Returns

Due to the nature of research materials, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been dispatched, except where a product arrives damaged or an incorrect item has been sent.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you have received an incorrect item, email info@labgradepeptides.co.za within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photographs. We will arrange a replacement or, where a replacement is not possible, a refund.

How refunds are issued

Because orders are paid by EFT, any approved refund is paid back by EFT to the bank account the original payment was made from (or another account you nominate in writing). Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval. As we do not process card payments, there is no card chargeback path; all refunds are handled directly by EFT.
